Parents Gateway is an initiative by MOE to enable parents to interact with schools more conveniently on administrative and financial matters. Parents will also be able to use this mobile application to stay updated on school's programme and activities.

Staying Logged In for Notifications

To receive timely notifications, please ensure parents remain logged in to the app. We understand that some parents may have concerns about account security.

Is it safe?
Yes — when parents use their personal device. Their session is securely protected, and they may be asked to log in again for important/sensitive actions. 

When should parents avoid staying logged in?
Parents should avoid staying logged in on shared or public devices, or if others can access their phone. 

Parents will not receive notifications when logged out.
