Regular Participating Group
The eventual goal is to be able to establish a stable membership base
for the Fathers@ATS group that will be able to create the network, support
and participation of activities or campaigns from the group.
Extended Volunteer Group
The role of the extended volunteer group is to support the core group
in running activities for the Fathers@ATS group. This can range from organizing
specific activities or campaigns on behalf of the group, to supplying manpower
for running activities or campaigns.

Fathers@ATS, part of the Ai Tong School Parent Support Group (PSG), is
grateful for the strong partnerships that help bring our mission to life.

The school administration plays a vital role in supporting Fathers@ATS, providing guidance, resources, and encouragement to make every father-child experience at Ai Tong School enriching and meaningful.
2. Fathers of ATS children Part of the Regular
Participating Group, and inclusive of other fathers who do not form the
regular membership base, fathers are the primary target demographics of
the school for which Fathers@ATS is created for.
3. Children of ATS
The objectives of the school and Fathers@ATS is to create a holistic life
for the children of ATS, in educating and providing a happy environment
for the children to grow and succeed in, through the involvement of fathers
in their lives as a positive influence.
4. Dads for Life movement
As a national initiative promoting active fatherhood, Dads for Life offers
Fathers@ATS expert guidance and a wealth of resources, helping us inspire
fathers to be positive role models.
5. Parents Support Group
The PSG at Ai Tong School coordinates activities for the school and works
closely with Fathers@ATS in creating a complementary network where parents
and fathers together enrich the school community.
6. Ai Tong School Alumni
The Ai Tong Alumni serves as an additional supportive network, collaborating
with Fathers@ATS to enhance school activities and foster a vibrant, multi-generational
community.
Culture
At Fathers@ATS, we foster a warm, inclusive environment where fathers
can connect, support one another, and actively participate in their children’s
school life. Our culture is built on camaraderie and shared purpose, creating
a welcoming space that combines structured, school-based activities with
informal social interactions. Fathers@ATS offers a supportive network for
fathers within Ai Tong School, encouraging meaningful connections, collaboration,
and the joy of shared experiences in fatherhood.
