Picking Up our Child Before Dismissal

Dear Parents / Guardians,

For the safety and security of our students, we seek your understanding and cooperation to adhere to the following should you need to pick up your child/ward from school before the dismissal.

The school follows the guidelines provided by MOE with regards to visitor management procedures. All visitors are to obtain a visitor’s sticker from the security post after scanning the ATS Visitor Management System. All visitors are required to produce NRIC or equivalent documents for verification by the Security Officer.

Visitors are only allowed to enter from Gate C. All visitors should report to admin staff at the foyer or General Office (GO) after registration and verification of their identities at the security post. All parents are prohibited from going to the classroom, staff room and canteen on their own.

No visitors are allowed during dismissal from 1315 till 1400 hrs.
