Synopsis :

Your child is special and there is much to learn about him or her. Much research has been done on the strengths-based movement and this paradigm and approach is fast catching both in schools and in the workplace. It has proven to be a good starting point for developing excellence in individuals. 

This workshop seeks to help you re-discover your child and equip you with tools to develop and enhance your child’s strengths.

Speaker’s Profile: Mr Johnny Ong

Johnny’s academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration degree, an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communications as well as a Diploma in Business Studies.

Johnny has led and trained sales teams in multi-national companies for more than fourteen years. He left the corporate world in 2007 to pursue his lifelong passion for writing, speaking and training. Johnny’s training methodology effectively combines first-hand insights and theoretical concepts in a light-hearted, yet informative manner. He has conducted workshop sessions in more than 30 schools, and has also spoken at events and workshops organised by the Health Promotion Board, the Urban Renewal Authority and the Work Development Authority. He is the author of ‘Don’t Live Your Life In One Day – 100 Effective Rules to live a Meaningful Life’. Johnny also contributes articles to various publications including The Straits Times. 

A life-long learner and a passionate advocate of continual self development, Johnny believes that an individual can never cease to exceed his or her potential.
